ELEVATE YOUR ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
WHAT WE DO
ELEVATE is a coaching service specifically designed to help high school aged, competitive swimmers achieve their goal of competing at the next level on a college team. Our individualized program, based on a specific framework and best practices, provides student-athletes with the necessary structure and support throughout their entire recruiting process.
Susan’s advice during my college swimming recruiting process was invaluable. While the process was stressful at times, she always believed in me and made sure I felt valued and deserving of success. She reminded me to focus on my own path and what is important to me, both in and out of the pool. Through her guidance and knowledge, I found the perfect school and swim program for me.
Finding the right match for my daughter both academically and in the pool felt like a daunting task. Susan was approachable, engaged, and knowledgeable at each step of the process. She guided us with forethought, insight, and personal experiences using her behind-the-scenes knowledge, practical tips, and advice. Susan supported my daughter in a way that gave her a sense of autonomy and ownership over the process and decision.
Susan has been a godsend! At first, I thought we were just signing up for help managing the logistics of recruiting (spreadsheets, timelines, emails, etc.) but what we didn’t anticipate was her help in managing the emotional part of the process. My husband and I knew that we wanted this to be our daughter’s journey, and we realized it really couldn’t be unless we stepped aside. Susan has been amazing at working directly with her to manage expectations while at the same time being her biggest cheerleader.
